How do I select my region?

Our homepage now automatically directs you from www.octobersveryown.com to the appropriate OVO region that ships to your geographical location.

What currency are your prices in?

Orders placed by customers residing in Canada will be charged in Canadian Dollars.

Orders placed by customers residing in the United States or the rest of the world will be charged in US Dollars.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification and 5-14 business days (depending on shipping destination) for delivery.

I placed an order and received an email saying the item(s) were out of stock

Due to high traffic, occasionally items may be sold before our web store inventory can be adjusted. Full refunds will be issued for items we cannot fulfill. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I tried to place and order and my credit card declined or gave me an error

Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card or try again with another card. This error has ocurred because the bank has decided not to accept payment and cannot be resolved on our end.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express. We do not accept Paypal, Visa debit or Master Card debit.

Can you mark my order as a gift?

We are unable to mark any orders as a gift.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

Can I contact you directly with any questions?

Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?

We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Please continue to check our web store frequently for new releases.

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and full name and we will re-send your confirmation.

When are particular items released?

By creating an account, placing an order, or signing up for our mailing list, you will receive exclusive product release related news.

Do you re-stock your inventory?

On occasion we may re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

Will I be charged taxes and duties for orders shipped within Canada?

Applicable HST or Provincial Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within Canada only.

Am I responsible for the Taxes and Duties added to my order?

Customers residing in Canada, the United States or Mexico (NAFTA countries) are exempt from paying any customs duties on any merchandise made in any of the NAFTA countries. All customers are personally responsible for any customs duties on any items made outside of the NAFTA countries.

International orders (outside of North America) are subject to import/customs duties and it is the customers responsibility to pay these additional fees.

Why can I only buy one size of each product?

Due to limited quantities, each customer is permitted to purchase one size of each product.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing multiple sizes of the same product.

How do I create an account?

Click the Join/Login link located in the navigation bar. After choosing to Join Now and entering details an account activation email will be sent. Click the Activate your account button in the email and confirm your password and you are all set.

Registering an account allows for faster checkout and other tracking benefits and you will be the first to know about new product arrivals.

How do I register for the newsletter?

Fill in your email in the Subscribe section at the bottom of the page. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. After accepting the confirmation you will be subscribed to the mailing list and will receive communications from us letting you know about the latest product launches and restocks.

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten or wish to change your password, click the Forgot your password? link located at the bottom of the login page and enter your email. You must be logged out to navigate here. A password reset email will be sent. Click the link in the email and choose your new password.
