FAQ

What currency are your prices in?

Orders placed by customers residing in Canada will be charged in Canadian Dollars.

Orders placed by customers residing in the United States or the rest of the world will be charged in US Dollars.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing and verification, and additional time depending on shipping method selected. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with tracking information.

I placed an order and received an email saying the item(s) were out of stock

Due to high traffic, occasionally items may be sold before our web store inventory can be adjusted. Full refunds will be issued for items we cannot fulfill. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I tried to place an order and received a message saying "Paypal gateway has rejected request. This transaction cannot be processed (#15005: Processor Decline)"

Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card or try again with another card. This error has ocurred because the bank has decided not to accept payment and cannot be resolved on our end.

Can you mark my order as a gift?

We are unable to mark any orders as a gift.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

Can I contact you directly with any questions?

Please contact us using the "contact" link at the bottom of the page. Only questions related to issues with orders will be responded to. For all general questions please refer to our terms and FAQ.

Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address mat ch as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store? 

We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Please continue to check our web store frequently for new releases.

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and full name and we will re-send your confirmation.

When are particular items released?

By creating an account, placing an order, or signing up for our mailing list, you will receive exclusive product release related news.

Do you re-stock your inventory?

On occasion we may re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

Will I be charged taxes and duties for orders shipped within Canada?

Applicable HST or Provincial Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within Canada only.

International Orders (outside of North America)

Shipping and handling charges for overseas orders are based on the destination country and the merchandise you order.

Please note: the prices we quote do not include any customs or duty charges applicable to your order. Your order will be subject to customs and duties (taxes).  You are personally responsible for paying customs and duties (taxes) upon receipt or delivery of the order. We have no control over these customs and duties nor can we estimate the amount as they vary based on the country you are in.  You should check with your local Customs Department for more information or for an estimate of these charges.
