DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

October’s Very Own now offers international shipping for orders placed online.

Orders shipped outside of the United States will be subject to customs duties/taxes. International orders are sent through Global-e and shipped via DHL. Global-e has enabled us to take payment of customs fees at the time of checkout. These fees are included in the price. Payment of duties at checkout guarantees that your package will arrive fully landed.

For items sold out online, you can sign up to be notified when they become available.

From the item detail page, select the colour and size you want and then click on the "Notify Me When Available" button. Enter your email address and submit.

If you live close to one of our boutiques, contact us and we can check for availability at your most convenient location(s).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please allow up to 5 business days to verify and process your order and between 5-10 business days for delivery. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high order volume periods we may require additional processing time.

Due to the resurgence of COVID-19, and to ensure the safety of our distribution centre employees, there may be delays in processing and delivering your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR ORDERS PLACED ONLINE?

Due to limited quantities and high order volume, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed. All sales are final.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN EXISTING ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed.

Please carefully review your order prior to completing your purchase.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and AfterPay.

I AM HAVING ISSUES CHECKING OUT. WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST?

Please ensure that the billing address is consistent with your bank’s records. Otherwise, you will need to contact your bank/credit card provider as we cannot resolve credit card issues on our end.

HOW DO I CHECK MY OVO CREDIT BALANCE?

If you have an account, simply log in. You can check your balance from the main account page.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?

Orders placed by customers residing in the United States and Australia will be charged in US Dollars (USD).

International customers will see prices in USD until the checkout page, where they will convert to the local currency of the country of residence. International customers may also change the currency shown at any time by selecting their country of residence at the bottom left corner of our website.
